Process Stages & Equipment
- Raw Material Handling: Raw fish cutting, magnetic separation, and metered feeding.
- Continuous Steam Cooking: Saturated steam cooker coagulates protein and releases lipids.
- Twin-Screw Pressing: Heavy conical screw press separates presscake from press liquid.
- Indirect Steam Drying: Disc dryer / coil dryer provides low-temp indirect drying to prevent scorching.
- Cooling & Fine Milling: Air cooling followed by high-mesh grinding for uniform particle size.
- Fish Oil Clarification: 3-phase decanter centrifuge recovers high-purity fish oil.
