The Spiral Vibrating Elevator & Screen combines vertical spiral material elevation with simultaneous continuous air cooling and particle dedusting in a compact vertical footprint. Ideal for BSFL dried larvae, insect protein granules, and pressed meal pellets.

Working Principle & Structure

Dual synchronized unbalance motors impart a helical vibratory motion to the central spiral tower. Dried larvae or pellets hop upward along the inclined spiral flighting. Ambient or chilled air blown across the open flighting cools the product while perforated deck sections sift out fine dust before discharge.
