Unlike conventional scattered refineries requiring lengthy civil erection, Feishi’s fish oil refining system is completely built, piped, wired, and water-pressure tested on an integrated heavy steel skid frame at our factory. Comprehensive 4-Stage Refining Process Flow
The system utilizes a 4-stage continuous refining train: (1) Crude oil preheating via energy-recovery plate heat exchanger; (2) In-line static neutralization with precision caustic soda dosing; (3) High-speed centrifugal desoaping using 7,000+ RPM disc stack centrifuge; and (4) Continuous soft water washing followed by -0.096 MPa falling-film vacuum flash dehydration.
