The Industrial Metal Detector inspects finished fishmeal, BSFL meal, and rendered meal on conveyor belts or vertical free-fall chutes. Utilizing multi-frequency digital DSP technology, it detects and automatically rejects ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel tramp metal particles.

Working Principle & Structure

Packaged bags or continuous meal stream passes through the balanced high-frequency electromagnetic inspection coil. Any minute metallic contaminant distorts the magnetic field, triggering the high-speed DSP controller to sound an alarm and actuate the pneumatic rejection diverter within 0.05 seconds.
