Project Story

A dedicated bioconversion facility designed for Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) processing, turning organic waste-fed live larvae into premium protein meal and technical insect lipids for aquafeed and animal nutrition.

Automated Processing Architecture

The processing train includes continuous live larvae washing and destoning, continuous thermal blanching tube, heavy-duty twin-screw mechanical lipid press, low-temperature indirect steam disc dryer, high-speed 3-phase oil separator, ultra-fine meal pulverizer, and negative-pressure odor collection ducting connected to biofilter scrubbers.

Product Purity & Nutrient Preservation

By employing low-temperature steam drying and high-torque mechanical oil separation, essential amino acid profiles and fatty acid integrity are fully preserved, yielding crude protein ≥58{a8bbb5c2a8393dea97cbe9f4154381accecdf9ffb977569b7955fc6e6b23cd1a} and free fatty acids ≤1.8{a8bbb5c2a8393dea97cbe9f4154381accecdf9ffb977569b7955fc6e6b23cd1a}.
